Hmm...Let me guess

You live a good life, sure. But something nags at you.

You work hard, but you also want to run away from life. You’ve been thinking about it more often lately: at night, on the weekends, 102 times and counting. Then you shake it off—"But it's too much to give up. My family counts on me. What else can I do? Just suck it up." This feeling of being caged, stuck in a fog, with no way out. How long has it been since you felt happy, or just at peace?

You’ve adjusted to this culture. Your family is proud of you. You get along with people. They count on you. Yet, sometimes you feel out of place, like an imposter. You put on that mask for another day of the rat race, and it’s getting harder. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could finally feel more like yourself, like you once did as a child?

I am glad you are here. This is where I can help!

Hi, I am Bella, a first-generation immigrant born to Chinese parents, and a survivor of generational trauma and depression. I have been where you are. Over the past 10 years, I've helped millennials, immigrants, AAPI, and BIPOC regain confidence and live more fulfilling lives.

Many of my clients are “well worriers.”

From the outside, they seem to have everything together, but inside, they are their own harshest critics. They aim high but feel low: people-pleasing, burnout, overthinking, conflict avoidance, insecurity, and a constant sense of never being good enough. These issues trap them in unfulfilling or toxic situations, whether at work, in romantic relationships, marriages, or dysfunctional family dynamics. It is truly exhausting.

Now, I have some good news for you: you CAN heal, you CAN move forward.

In therapy with me, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and tools to bring self-awareness, clarity, and joy back into your life. My clients and I connect well because I believe we all deserve to be accepted for who we are, with all our fears, pain, sorrow, anger, guilt, aspirations, successes, failures, love, and more.

Therapy is a safe place to process and transcend.

From your grandest dream to the deepest secret, you are ALL of it, and you deserve to be heard and healed.

So, ready to be yourself again?

Do any of these also sound like you?
